Port on the northwest coast of Minor where receives the night vision of a man of pleading for help, the call that takes the gospel into Europe. He returns to Troas on later journeys; records the gathering on the first day of the week where Paul preaches until midnight and falls from the window. Paul also mentions in 2 that he left his cloak and books there with Carpus.
