Who or what is this?

Large island off the southwestern coast of Minor, famous in antiquity for the Colossus that once stood at its harbor. After leaving Cos, 's ship puts in at Rhodes on the way toward during the return voyage from Greece at the end of the third missionary journey. Acts 21:1 is the only biblical mention of the island.
