Who or what is this?

was a town lying on the boundary of the tribal territory of Ephraim, mentioned in 16:7 where the southern border of Ephraim is described as going from to the waters of Jericho and then on to Naarah. It may be the same settlement called Naaran in 1 Chronicles 7:28 in the description of Ephraim's possessions. Beyond these brief boundary and list references, no narrative events at Naarah are recorded in the Bible.
