Who or what is this?
A city on the southern coast of , near the harbor called where 's grain ship takes shelter on the voyage toward . Acts 27 notes that with much time lost and sailing already dangerous, Paul warns of disaster if they put back out to sea, but the centurion is persuaded by the helmsman and shipowner. The single mention in Acts 27:8 is the only biblical reference to Lasea.
