Who or what is this?

Juttah is listed in 15:55 as one of the towns in the highlands of and in Joshua 21:16 as one of the nine cities from the tribe of Judah and assigned to the Aaronite priests as Levitical cities with surrounding pasturelands. The site lies in the southern hill country and is sometimes identified with the area around modern Yatta, south of . As with many Levitical cities, no extended narrative places events there, but its priestly designation marks it as a center of religious life in the Judean highlands.
