Who or what is this?
A city in northern that served as the base of operations for , the commander of the army of Jabin king of (Judges 4). Sisera kept his nine hundred iron chariots there and went out with them to the river to face the forces led by son of Abinoam. After the battle the Israelites pursued the fleeing back to Harosheth-haggoyim and put them to the sword. Harosheth of the is not mentioned elsewhere in the Bible, and its precise location in the valley of the Kishon is uncertain.
