Who or what is this?

Major city north of whose inhabitants trick into a treaty by pretending to come from a distant country with moldy bread and worn-out clothes. When five kings attack them for switching sides, Joshua marches all night and the sun stands still over the city while Israel routs the coalition. The tabernacle and bronze altar stand there in 's day, and at the great high place there asks God for wisdom in a dream.
