Who or what is this?

Ellasar is the kingdom ruled by Arioch, one of the four kings who wage war against the five kings of the plain of in Genesis 14. The coalition under defeats the five kings and carries off Lot, 's nephew. Abraham then musters his trained men, pursues the four kings as far as Dan, and rescues Lot and the other captives. The precise location of Ellasar is uncertain; proposals have ranged from a site in to a city. Outside of Genesis 14, Ellasar does not appear in the biblical record.
