Who or what is this?

One of the five cities of the plain clustered around the Valley of Siddim near the . Admah and its king Shinab appear in Genesis 14 during the campaign of the four eastern kings against the five kings of the plain. When God destroys and , Admah and perish with them (Deuteronomy 29:23). 11:8 invokes Admah as a byword for annihilation, with God declaring he will not treat Israel as he treated Admah and Zeboiim.
