Who or what is this?
Job's third friend, a Naamathite, who speaks with the sharpest tone of the three and accuses Job of receiving less than his guilt deserves. He paints vivid portraits of the brief triumph and bitter end of the wicked, insisting that prosperity built on injustice melts away like a dream. He drops out of the third dialogue cycle and is rebuked along with the others when Yahweh restores Job.
