Who or what is this?

Uriel was a chief of the , one of the three great Levitical clans. When organized the transport of the ark of the Lord to , Uriel was appointed to lead 120 of his kindred from to carry it, as recorded in 1 Chronicles 15. He is also mentioned in 1 Chronicles 6 and 2 Chronicles 13, where Abijah king of names Uriel of as the father of (also called ), who became the mother of Abijah. Uriel thus appears in both cultic and royal genealogical traditions.
