Who or what is this?

Sibbecai the Hushathite was one of the elite warriors in 's circle of mighty men. He is particularly remembered for slaying Saph (also called Sippai), a descendant of the or giants, in a battle at Gezer or Gob. In 1 Chronicles 27 he is listed as the commander over the eighth monthly division of twenty-four thousand men that served the king. His standing in the lists of David's champions reflects both personal valor and administrative importance in the Davidic kingdom.
