Who or what is this?

Pallu was the second of four sons born to , the firstborn of , and is listed in the genealogical tables of Genesis 46, Exodus 6, Numbers 26, and 1 Chronicles 5. His sole son Eliab became the father of and Abiram, who appear later in Israel's history as leaders of the rebellion against and in the wilderness. Through Pallu the Palluite clan traced their descent, one of the sub-clans of the tribe of Reuben counted in the census of Numbers 26.
