Who or what is this?

A righteous man in his generation who walks with God and finds favor amid universal corruption. At God's command he builds an ark and, with his wife and his sons , , and , is preserved through the flood along with pairs of every kind of animal. After the waters recede the ark rests on ; he offers sacrifice and receives the covenant signified by the rainbow. He later plants a vineyard and pronounces blessings and a curse on his sons, and and remember him as a herald of righteousness.
