Who or what is this?

Nebaioth was the firstborn son of , son of , and is listed at the head of the twelve princes that descended from Ishmael (Gen 25:13; 1 Chr 1:29). His sister Mahalath (also called Basemath) was taken as a wife by when he learned that women displeased his father (Gen 28:9; 36:3). 60:7 mentions the rams of Nebaioth as coming to minister on the restored altar of the LORD, using the tribe as a symbol of nations brought into worship.
