Naphish (also Nephish) was the eleventh of the twelve sons of listed in Genesis 25:15 and 1 Chronicles 1:31, and his name identifies one of the twelve tribes descended from Ishmael. In 1 Chronicles 5:19, the tribes of , , Naphish, and Nodab are named as enemies whom the Transjordanian tribes of , Gad, and half of defeated in battle, crying out to God and trusting in him for the victory.
