Who or what is this?

Priest of Midian whose daughter Zipporah becomes ' wife during Moses' forty years tending flocks in the desert. After the exodus he brings Zipporah and her sons to meet Moses at the mountain of God, rejoices in what the Lord has done for Israel, and offers sacrifices with and the elders. He advises Moses to appoint judges over thousands, hundreds, fifties, and tens to share the burden of leadership, and Moses follows his counsel. He is also called Reuel and is connected with the clan that later travels with Israel.
