Who or what is this?
Horam is mentioned in a single verse in 10. When Joshua was attacking the cities of the following the Gibeonite covenant, Horam king of Gezer marched out to help . Joshua defeated him along with his army, leaving no survivors. The notice is brief and serves to illustrate the comprehensive nature of Joshua's southern campaign; Gezer itself is not captured until a later generation, but its king met his end in this engagement.
