Who is this?

Judge from the clan of in , called by the angel of the LORD while threshing wheat in a winepress to hide it from Midianite raiders. He tears down his father's altar to , earning the name Jerubbaal, and tests God twice with a fleece before leading three hundred men to rout the at the spring of . After the victory he refuses kingship but fashions a gold ephod that becomes a snare to Israel.
