Who or what is this?

Ahisamach was a man of the , known in Scripture solely as the father of the craftsman. When God equipped son of Uri to oversee the construction of the tabernacle, he paired him with Aholiab son of Ahisamach as his co-worker, endowed with wisdom, understanding, and knowledge in all manner of craftsmanship (Exodus 31; 35–36). Ahisamach himself is never the subject of any narrative; he appears only to establish Aholiab's tribal identity and lineage.
