Who or what is this?
Ahira son of Enan was the appointed prince of the tribe of Naphtali during the wilderness period. He is listed in Numbers 1 as one of the twelve tribal leaders who assisted and in taking the first census, in which Naphtali numbered 53,400 fighting men. In Numbers 7 he presented his offering on the twelfth day of the tabernacle dedication—the final prince to offer. Like the other tribal leaders his offering followed the standard pattern of silver and gold vessels filled with offerings along with burnt, sin, and peace offerings.
