One of the ten sons of Haman who was killed by the Jews in Shushan along with his brothers during the events recorded in the book of Esther.
Who or what is this?
Adalia was one of the ten sons of the Agagite, the chief minister of the king who plotted the extermination of the Jewish people. After Haman's downfall and execution, Queen obtained a second decree allowing the to defend themselves. Adalia and his nine brothers were killed by the Jews in (the citadel), and at Esther's request their bodies were hanged on ten gallows (Esther 9). He appears only in the list of Haman's sons and in the accounting of those slain.
